I have a problem. I am running the latest version of OS Sugar with latest patch installed (as of 15/03/2007).

» Operating system type and version - WINDOWS 2003 SERVER
» Sugar Suite version - 4.5.1a Build 1209
» Webserver type and version - APACHE 2.0.59
» PHP version - 4.4.3

My installation is on Windows 2003 using apache and mysql as configured by the installer. I am running an e-mail campaign which sends out fine and the tracker url works ok etc.. I can see bounced e-mails in the group mailbox but the system is not registering them as bounced. None of the contacts are being updated with invalid e-mail addresses. The mails just seem to be sat there being ignored.

Have got a batch file set up and being manually run at the moment to launch cron.php, seems to work ok.

Help please, my PHP knowledge is non existant but I'm not thick, just out of my comfort zone so to speak.
