We are new users of on demand-SurgarCRM.
SugarCRM version 4.5.1 (Build 1273) is hosted by uksugar.co.uk
We are unable to send mail, athough there are no problems in receiving mail.
Admin settings for outbound mail: SMTP with server authentication
User settings are the same.
We use the same settings with Outlook express without having problems.
When we change the outbound setting to sendmail, we are able to send mail out, but it is processed extemely slow
(over 2 minutes per email)
We would like to use the SMTP or a quicker sendmail
Can anybody give us suggestions for the best way forward?
