    Default Outbound E-mail Issue

    Alright, I'm at a road block...migrating from on-demand to on-site
    Sugar Pro 6.0.3 (windows 2003, apache 2.2, mysql 5.1, php 5.3.1)

    Everything is working fine except for outbound system e-mail. It works via on-demand(hosted), but doesn't quite work via the on-site server.

    sugarcrm.log is providing the follow:
    02/04/11 13:57:34 [1244][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: Language string failed to load: tls

    Do anybody know where I can start via troubleshooting?
    I'm able to send a test e-mail without SMTP authentication if I whitelist the host ip on our exchange, but I would like it to work via smtp authentication. It's working via the On-Demand server with the same settings...

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Do you have any language packs installed? If so, what happens if you try the same using the default English language pack?

    Angel,

    No language pack loaded on both the On-Demand and On-Site servers. Thanks, I learned a little more about language packs.

    Is there a way to reload the default English Language pack?
