I upgraded from CE 6.1.1 to 6.1.2 this morning to fix the inability to save changes to a call log. Had some complications (I'll save those for another time) and ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the latest Faststack MySQL version for Windows. This issue is occuring on a bare install, before uploading any data or making any modifications.
I cannot get outgoing mail to work with my ISP's SMTP server. It was working fine in 6.1.1. The ISP SMTP settings work in Outlook (Sugar is installed on the same computer), Gmail SMTP settings work in Sugar, and incoming email works in Sugar. I have tried everything I can think of, and read every similar post trying to figure this out, but nothing has worked.
These are the settings on the Administration > Configure email settings screen:
From name: sugarcrm
From address: name@company.com
Email provider: Other
Smtp mail server: smtp.telus.net
Smtp port: 25
Use smtp auth.: no
Enable smtp over ssl or tls: none
This is the error in the log when sending from the test button on the Administration > Configure email settings screen:

It is critical that I get this functioning again as our new salesperson cannot do her job without integrated email. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and let me know if I can provide any further details.
