Hi,
I need one help. My campaign e-mail initially consisted only of plain text, though in HTML format. There was an issue with it. It was not tracking all the mails as Outlook does not automatically downloads images (the message "click here to download pictures. To prevent privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of some pictures in this message").

I included one picture in the body and enclosed the entire mail in a table format. However, outlook catagerozied this mail as a junk mail.

Can you possibly inform me what should be the mail format so that I can include one picture in the body of the mail so that people download it, yet the mail is not categorized as junk mail. There is one option of including the logo in the signature, however, in my opinion, it may not be a very good idea as people may/may not download it.
