Can anyone tell me please if it is possible to link OUTLOOK 2003 on one PC to two sugar installations, the reason is we have 2 companies - thanks

Or is there a better way to have set up our systems

Yes, it's possible. We have two companies; ASP and BCE. Both companies use the same MS Exchange server. The two SugarCRM's are setup with the appropriate email accounts via IMAP.

Paul, check out our Riva Integration Server. Riva does server side Exchange-to-SugarCRM synchronisation. There is no Outlook Plug-in. You can configure Riva to synchronise multiple instances of SugarCRM to a single Outlook account.
