Outlook Integration Help

We are implementing the Sugar 5.0 Outlook Plug In in the next few weeks. Does anyone out there have experiences they would like to share (good/bad/indifferent)?

I did notice that a meeting in scheduled in Outlook does not appear to sync with Sugar even though the Sync to Sugar option is selected and I have clicked the Sync to Sugar button.

Found my own solution on the Wiki:
'How do I reset my preference in the Outlook Plugin?
From SugarCRM Wiki
Close your outlook
Launch regedit (Start > Run and type regedit)
Look for the following string "SugarCRMOutlook"
You should find 1 or 2 keys like this, delete them completely :

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1651836021-2278922109-2098714182-1006\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Suga r.SugarCRMOutlook
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outloo k\Addins\Sugar.SugarCRMOutlook\Configuration

You don't need to reinstall anything just start your outlook and go on Sugar option to set your parameters
