Default Outlook JRABBIT plug in help

I have been using the JRabbit plug in for Outlook for a while, and it works wonder, I love it. However, all of the sudden I cannot configure JRABBIT because it is not listed in the "FILE" menu in Outlook

I have narrowed the problem down to the following:
I cannot activate the plug in.....what do I do to activate it effectively?

I can see the tick off box Tools/Other -> Advanced Options -> COM ADD-ins
but when I tick off the box with the JRABBIT and click ok, nothing happens.
If I restart Outlook or windows for that matter it has no effect.

I have tried to uninstall JRABBIT and Outlook, but I get the same result.

THe worst part is that I get the JRABBIT toolbar (but it doesn't work)

Does anyone have a solution (other than to wipe windows completely and start again).

    Cheers,

    Razkragh

    Hi,

The JRabbit creator would be able to help you but here's an idea:

look under the HELP->About menu and you may see an option called "Disabled items".
If JRabbit is there, re-enable it.

Wipe out HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JRabbit from the registry.

    In Outlook:
    Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins
    Remove JRabbit

    In Outlook:
    View>ToolsBars>Customize>Toolbars>JRabbit
    Delete

    Delete: C:\Program Files\JRabbit

    Try reinstalling again.

So - jRabbit is not free - are you just renewing the 30 day free trial? If so - surely you should just pay to license it?

Is JRabbit even still being supported?? I send an email to the developer a week ago to ask about 4.5.0 compatibility and have received no response. I have seen reports of the plug-in not working with 4.5. One of my users tried to install it last week and failed to get it to work. Any data?
