Outlook Plug-in 2010 Runtime Error

I am running Microsoft Office 2010 on Windows 7 64-bit Professional Edition. I have attempted to install the 2010 Sugar Outlook Plug-in, however, after the windows installer completes the plug-in does not appear in Outlook. Looking at add-in's I see that the plug-in appears in the 'disabled' section. When I attempt to enable the plug-in it remains disabled. Under load behavior I see the following message: "Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in."

Just for those that were curious or may have had the same problem. MS Office 2010 32-bit had been installed and thus only the 32-bit version of the plug-in will work (note that the version of windows 7 was still 64-bit).

Did you install it out of the zip file, or did you unpack it before?
And did you run the installation as user Administrator?

Just try to deinstall the current installation and then to install it by unpacking the zip file and starting the setup.exe as Administrator. During the installation process it is possible that some Microsoft Libs will be loaded which must be installed as Administrator.
