The Preferences button that is normally displayed at the end of the Standard toolbar within Outlook, after installing the Outlook 2007 Plug-In, isn't showing up for one of our users. I uninstalled mine and reinstalled it and now it isn't showing up for me either. We only have it installed for one other user and the Preferences button is there for her. We are getting ready to roll the plug-in out to a few other users this week, so I'm hoping to not have this issue with them.
Does anyone know how to re-enable the Preferences button?
I appreciate any help that you can provide. Thank you.
