We just purchased a few licenses of the Sugar Outlook Plugin. What we found is that if you create a task in Sugar, schedule it on your Sugar calendar, then run "Sync Calendar" in outlook, the calendar entry is not downloaded to outlook.
If you read the documentation, they are vague about whether the tool supports syncing all your Sugar calendar items or not. The website clearly says "Need to share your future calendar activities so your team can work with your schedule? This extension allows you to easily do so."
What is the point in using the Outlook Plugin to sync your calendar if you can only sync part of the Sugar calendar?
Problem is, I have no way to find out if this is a bug or not unless I pay $95 for a support case, even though I paid for the plugin.
Has anyone else out there run into this problem? Did you contact Sugar? Did you find any workarounds?
Jason
