Outlook plugin does not have any text on its buttons or dialogs!

Our customer is trying to use the outlook plugin for SugarCRM 4.5.1 on Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 in Terminal Server mode.

We have installed it logged on to the terminal server as an administrator, however when we open outlook, there is no text on any of the buttons or dialogs. Clicking the buttons seems to work though - the settings and search dialogs seem to appear, just with no text!

Any idea why the text might be missing, or how to get it back??

I have checked and the language files are installed and are accessible at C:\Program Files\SugarCRM\SugarCRM Outlook Plug-In\resources and the registry entries are present for the user.

Any help would be greatly appriciated!

What version of Microsoft .NET is installed?

It looks like they dont have have Microsoft.NET 2.0 installed, is this required for the Outlook plug-in? what about 1.1?

I think .NET 1.1 works fine with the plug-in. Do you have it installed?

We've installed .NET 2.0 and it seems to have fixed the problem! Thanks for your help.

Weird that it partially worked without it!!!...

I am having this same issue with a user after the plugin has worked flawlessly over a year with Win7 and Outlook 2007 (sugar plugin version 5.2.6). Tried uninstalling, clearing any mention of Sugar from the registry, reinstalling, etc. The Sugar Options shows in the Outlook Tools menu, but all the text is missing on the tabs and fields.
