Outlook Plugin - Email formatting not saved

When one of our employees archives to Sugar from outlook the email is entered as one long string and the formatting is not saved (i.e. spaces between paragraphs.). They have the exact same setup as other employees but the other people are not experiencing this problem. This only seems to happen if someone uses the edit screen with the plugin. If you edit the e-mail before archiving it will not have the proper formatting. Can anyone offer some insight?

We are using Sugar Pro 4.5.1d
