Exclamation Outlook Plugin - Emails Gets Stuck in Outbox

I have Outlook 2003 using with the latest version of the Outlook Plugin. I am also using the open source version of SugarCRM. When I try to send an email it gets stuck in my Outbox and never sends. No errors are reported but the emails don't get sent. When I restart Outlook then the emails are sent.

I haven't found any answers in the forums about this specific problem. Any ideas? Some of my other employees are also experiencing the same problem.

I realize the original post if 5 years old, but since it's the same topic, I thought I'd revive ... just in case the problem has never really been resolved.

I'm running Outlook 2010 with the Sugar Outlook Add-In

It worked OK for about a week, but now whenever the add-in is enabled I cannot send emails from any account in my Outlook Client.

So for now I've had to disable the add-in.

Has anyone else seen this between 2006 and now?

    Cheers
    Stephen

    Hello,

I'd like to use this add-in with my community edition. On the sugarCRM website (Sugar Plug-Ins for Microsoft Office | Open Source Business & Social CRM - SugarCRM) I can read that the add-in is only for "non-free versions".

I've just called sugarCRM and the person I have just told me that he heard that it is possible to use this component with a community edition.

Then, is there somebody who does this ? And where can I download this add-in ?

I'm using outlook 2007 and the 6.3 sugarCRM.

    Sebastien
