Outlook Plugin Says it Expired...

About a year ago I purchased the outlook plugin. I was never able to get it to work properly so I uninstalled it. Then I tried again and installed the trial version of the plugin and it thankfully works quite a bit better. But now I am being told that my trial version has expired. I can't figure out how to get around it.

btw, I can't seem to find my receipt either... I know, I know. Please help.

I had our admin go ahead and buy 5 more licenses. She got a receipt and forwarded it to me. But isn't there supposed to be some activation key or something? I still don't have the outlook plugin!

Last time I purchased the plugins I got an "Order Receipt" and an "Order Confirmation". The download key and instructions were in the "Order Confirmation" email.
