    Default Outlook plugin - synchronizing calls

    Hi,

    I'm using Sugar Professional 6.1.0 with the Outlook 2010 plugin.

    I created some follow-up calls but the Outlook plugin does not synchronize them to Outlook. It works with appointments from Outlook to Sugar. The settings should be fine, see attachement "calls.jpg".

    Maybe somebody can give advice, before I escalate the problem to Sugar.
