Hi all,

I have a strange thing going on i have a outlook plug-in and making new accounts, contacts and searching is no problem but when trying to archive any thing the system tells me "can not add message to SugarCRM"

this happens in outlook 2003 and thunderbird.

strange is that other accounts have no problem.



can some one tell me what I'm doing wrong?
