    Default Outlook Sync - Multiple Users

    Our company uses schedulers to schedule appointments for them in MS Outlook. The schedulers use shared outlook calendars to do this. We use hosted exchange.

    Is there any way for them to sync these appointment with Sugar? I can put the sugar plugin in their outlook, but if they are scheduling for 3 different people, thats 3 difft. sugar accounts. Anyone have a workaround or an idea for this?

    By using Riva Integration Server for Exchange and SugarCRM, the Outlook "single" account restriction is overcome. If a scheduler sends an Outlook appointment to the three users, these appointments will automatically be synched to SugarCRM when they appear in the attendees calendar.
