Our customer wants to maintain a single copy of their Corporate Address book which the CRM system should synchronise with.

Will SugarCRM synchronise with their Outlook public address book - which is the central repository for all contact details - as opposed to a copy of each users personal address book. This way when a new contact is made in the Public Outlook Address Book it can be used to populate the CRM contacts data.
