Outlook & Word Outlook Macro Help

[interfacing]

I previously ran the trial of Sugar Network (word & outlook plug-ins) which worked correctly.
However, before installing the full version I de-installed the trial (as to not run into issues) - I have since installed the full verison but the macros are NOT showing. I have NO sugar options within the tools area...
WHAT DO I DO?

If the plugin is not visible anymore it could have been deactivated (by word).

If you click on "Info" (or "About") in the MS Word menu "Help" (or "?") a window is opened. On the bottom of this window you will find a button "Deactivated elements" (or similar). Maybe the plugin is listed there...
