Hello David Cosine of Sugar Support,
After weeks of email-correspondence, there is still no solution for the problems with the Outlookplugin. Although you keep promising that you are working on this case, I have received not any working solution yet.
Aftr two months of sending emails, logfiles, trowing away databases and endlessly deleting double items in our agenda, I can only make the following conclusions:
- The Outlook plugin, although sold as a commercial product, is not seriously supported by Sugar.
- Sugar-support via Sugar Network (OS) is not pro-active, does not even respond to emails, but only responds when using strong language or CC emails to support@sugarcrm.com
Although I am pleased with SugarCRM, I see no reason why open-source users should pay for the Sugar Network, as the promised support is worth zero. Possible synchronisation with Outlook was one of the reasons for choosing SugarCRM. Outdare, official SugarCRM-supplier in the Netherlands, advised to buy the plugin and get the support for it via SugarNetwork.
Although I have put enormous time and effort in trying to get the plugin working, Sugar Support is definitely not taking matters seriously. I really have the feeling to be let down by Sugar Support and hereby send my concourns to the forum.
Corwin
