Ozeki SMS

I have installed the Ozeki SMS module into my Sugarcrm 6 application. I have set up Ozeki message server 6 up and running and can send messages via this application. I have input incorrect ports for the Sugarcrm module. I need to reconfigure this. I uninstalled and deleted the previous Ozeki SMS module however Sugar seems to remember this and does not allow me to configure any new install?

Any help you can offer will be warmly received.
