Greetings,
I wasn't certain if this should be posted in installation, or help on the forums. So I chose help.
Executive summary:
Installing Sugar on my local test environment works beautifully, however when installing on my host, the page formatting/pagination is missing or messed up. This was persistent even after multiple install attempts.
Since a picture is worth a thousand words, see the enclosed image for a side-by-side example.
Live site details:
Sugar Community Edition Version 6.0.1
PHP Version: 5.2.14
Database: MySQL 5.0.45
Web Server: Apache 1.3.33
Host OS: Linux, probably red hat with a 2.6.x kernel
Test site details:
Sugar Community Edition Version 6.0.1
PHP Version: 5.2.14
Database: MySQL 5.1.36
Web Server: Apache 2.2.11
Host OS: Win 7 using WAMP
Error message or issue presented
The page doesn't have the right formatting, nor does the company logo show up if changed from default. Menus all appear in plain text. It's as if the system is forgetting how to paginate.
Steps already taken:
At first, I thought this might be a problem with an overly-secure .htaccess file. However, I've taken that out of the equation. I've reinstalled multiple times, always with the same result. I've combed over the forums trying to find a similar situation, but was not able to find the right key words in my searches. Despite the glaring differences between my test and live versions, I believe this should be working correctly. What am I missing here?
