Page Records do not get listed / Refereshed

The number of records listed in the lead / account page is set to 50. I do not get any records listed on page 2.

At page one i get ((1 - 50 of 984)

At Page two i get - (51 - 50 of 50)


Though all records are listed when searched through the search option This is very absurd as i have to search names through the search option to display.

Which module?
Let us know the version of SugarCRM you are using.
Did you install any package, customize code by hand?

I am using Sugarcrm 5.5.4 on the windows 2003 server with IIS and SQL server.

The modules that i have loaded is

1) Products & Quotations
2) Managed CEteams
3) changes in the look of the fields (only through Admin)
4) I have put the address fields hidden and put the city state Zip in drop down on that.


I have not tried the send SMS module on it yet but intend to could you also guide how to go about it or if there is any link that i can follow .

We are using Sugarcrm 5.5.4 on the windows 2003 server with IIS and SQL server. If this helps anyways. I am really sad with the fact that i challenged my management with the utility of sugarcrm against sales force even though i am a begginner in uncerstanding all these technical jargons.

please find a solution. This is the second time i am having such an issue.


Although my issues of Installin g CEteams is also not yet over too. i am trying to figure out how it can be done.
