Paging Problem

Hi!

We have a problem with the paging system in one of our modules..
it displays 1-6 of 6 but only 3 records were displayed..
Is this a bug in sugar?
any help will be appreciated!

there are only 3 records in the database.
I dont think there is an empty record since there is a required field in our forms

What do you think can possibly be the cause for this?

What version of Sugar are you using? We fixed a few bugs like this in recent 5.0 patches.

we are using version 5.0.0B.
But this bug only occurs in some of our clients.. we are using the same sugar version.
Is there a fix patch for this kind of bug?

Definitely upgrade to patch F. We have fixed several hundred bugs since patch B including this issue.

I would try to set the loglevel to debug and then analyze the sugarcrm.log file for the SELECT COUNT ... statement.
Perhaps there is any relation which results in incorrect return values.
