Paid or free calendar synching to ..... & Thunderbird

My company is running SugarCRM Version 4.5.1d

It is our policy to NOT use Outlook, so we are using Thunderbird with Lighting.

Further more our commercial staff use mainly ..... phones for business use.

What i'm looking for is a synchronization tool which preferably can synch the SugarCRM Calendar meetings and calls to the ..... calendar AND also to Lightning. (with or without the phone being connected to a laptop or desktop when needed)
does anybody know if there is such a tool paid or free?
