Panel names keep changing 5.5.2 / Stay with Sugar

So we are having the same issue as this thread: http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59334 with our edit and detail view panels. We have tried everything in this thread and still haven't found a way to resolve this issue with the panel names randomly changing. Can any one suggest a fix without having to rebuild all my fields...etc.

Also, we have been using SugarCRM for about a year now and we aren't sure we want to continue using the community edition because there seems to always be an issue/bug. To name just a few:
-Edit/Detail View panel names change.
-Sending out email blast automatically with cron. never worked. I have had to manually send out emails.
-Can't find duplicate emails in the CE
-Changing email settings clear smtp information.
-Some browser hang on certain operation.

My other question is. If we change to a "paid" version of SugarCRM will all these little bugs that cripple our install go away? Because just using the community edition makes me not want to spend the money. It makes me want to dump SugarCRM all together and go with what I know, SaleForce. But hey, SugarCRM people convince me why we should stay. I want to stay, but I am tired of all the quarks and bugs. It truly makes me hate working with it.

The code base is the same for ce and pro ... so, no the problems will not go away.

You may be best engaging a sugar partner to resolve your issues ... if you have a budget for a salesforce account then you may have a budget for this ... none of your issues are insurmountable.
