Panels & Sub-Panels (How to Add)

New to SUGAR & I have a question about Panels: Linked to Opportunities I have Activities, History & Contacts, how could I add another PANEL for example "DOCUMENTS" where I could link attachments like Quotations, Letters, etc.?
