    Default HELP!! : syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting T_VARIABLE or '$'.....

    Just wondering if anyone has had this problem...if so, can you let me know how this was fixed. It is happening on the last step of installation.

    Here is the full error message...

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/clearrec/public_html/career/include/database/DBManager.php on line 476

    I haven't seen this in any other thread...would like to have some help...I am a php and mySQL dummy.

    I get the same thing:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&', expecting T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/qwixx/web/modules/UpgradeWizard/uw_utils.php on line 127


    Any answers?

    I am also facing the same problem, it happened when relocated the project from one server to another.
    I think it is something related to PHP version.?
