parse errors uploading a new report to ZuckerReprots

Good Afternoon all,

I have run into a problem uploading a report created using I-Report into Zucker Reports. When ever I try and save the reprot template I get a stack dump with the top most error saying:

Apr 10, 2008 9:01:59 PM org.apache.commons.digester.Digester error
SEVERE: Parse Error at line 161 column 56: Element type "pen" must be declared.

The report compiles and runs with out issue in I-Report.

Environment:
I-Report -- 2.0.5
Zucker-Report -- 1.8
Sugar -- CE Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150)

Anyone have any ideas on what my problem is here?

This seems to have something to do with styles and formatting reports without any formatting seem to upload ok, but even If i just add a border round a cell it crashes when I try and upload it.
