We're using 5.2 Enterprise and I'd like to display the following information in columns in the Cases module:

  • The name of the company of the contact who most recently added a note to the case (i.e. "Who spoke last?")
  • The age of the most recently added note on the case


I'm sure this is possible but I don't know what it's called. I'd be glad to RTFM. Can someone give me a pointer to the appropriate part of TFM?
