Password Change Request

I am trying to deactivate a user and when I hit save it keeps asking me "Please confirm which user are you changing the password for." The box below it does not contain the account I am trying to deactivate. Can anyone explain what this is and how I should respond to it?

This is from your browser. Your browser is saving passwords and it is not sure which password it belongs to for that site. this is more of a Browser issue in saving passwords. Which is inherently not secure. Disable saving of passwords and usernames. The Other option is to hit cancel to not save the password. This is not a user name and is refering to the email part of the user configuration.
