In recent versions of SugarCRM, from Safari on the Mac I could copy directly from my Joomla website some information and paste that into my email template in SugarCRM and it would retain the formatting. In 6.3 it strips the formatting off. I went into the admin section for Email and disabled it from restricting any html formatting options, but it still does not work as it did before.
