Could anybody tell me what it is the procedure to install a patch to a web server please?

If you are referring to a SugarCRM patch, you go into the admin section and click on the Upgrade Wizard. Upload the patch and click install.

Simple as that!

Any idea why mine wont take ?

Its driving me mad :-)

permissions on whole directory are open, config.php the same ??

the same happens if i try to import a module from the admin screen...

it gives me an error about theres no directory available for the zip file along the top ??

what am i missiong.. yes i am a newbie.. sorry in advance :-)
