Im having problems with 5.1b as well, it keeps complaining

Specified directory '' for zip file '/hsphere/local/home/sugar/cache/upload/SugarCE-Patch-5.1.0b.zip' extraction does not exist.

when i look with ssh, the zip file has been uploaded. from the forums when this message appears people suggest chmod -R 777 on the folders. Being that the ISP has to get involved to do this, this must be a bug. I have gone from vanilla 5.0 to 5.1.a with no problems, so think there must be something up. Any suggestions anybody?

system is working, shared hosting, community sugar. Installed and upgraded from 5.0.c to 5.1.a no problems.

i have now with a sugarstack 5.1a professional tried to upgrade with no luck. so it cannot be customisations/
