Path not correct for Next / Previous buttons

Everything has been working fine with Sugar but now today it seems there are some strange path issues. If I log into Sugar and go to let's say the Accounts area I will see all my accounts. If I click on any of the company names it loads the Sugar page for that company. So everything seems to be OK there. But now if I go back to the Accounts area and click any of the "sort" arrows, or the "next" or "previous" arrows it goes to a dead page. I have noticed that the "sort", "next", "previous" links seem to want to go to http://sugar/index.php?... rather than http://mydomain/sugar/index.php?... This is only for the buttons like "sort", "next", "previous". The path is correct for all the other buttons in Sugar such as the menu items across the top, clicking any of the actual company or contact names. That all goes to the correct place and seems to know the path (http://mydomain/sugar/index.php?...). Anyone know what could suddenly be causing this? It is very strange. Thanks you guys ROCK!

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. We have even reinstalled sugar and when you try and sort it still tries to go to http://sugar/index.php....
