Pb with list for a user

Hi,
I've installed the version 5.0 of SugarCRM on a linux computer with the french package
It's ok and very powerfull !
But i still have a problem i can't understand :
In the leads module for one user the list aren't the same than the others, the title of the column rest with the label names and not with the french translation and the information are not displaying.
Is somebody can tell me how it's possible that one user is different than other for the list display ? How can i found the parameters for one user ?

After that i used the studio for make another fields to appear on the list but the list rest the same and the changes aren't made.

If somebody can help me i'll be happy
