Default Performing a backup od sugar config files

    Hi,
I am unsuccessful in backing up the sugar application files, using the 'backups' section of the 'admin' screen. I run sugar crm 4.5.1e on a Windows XP Home system (SP2)
When I enter the path to an existing directory, enter a filename with a zip extension and click 'Confirm settings', I get the following message :
Backup directory does not exist, and could not be created.
Backup directory exists, but is not writable.
Any clue what is going on ?
    Thanks.

The directory that you specify must be writable to the IIS process. So you are going to have to go into the permissions tab and allow the IIS user read/write access to the folder you are selecting.
