permission denied in /modules/Configurator/Configurator.php

I have managed to install a sugarcrm 4.2.1 in my server, The thing is that everytime i configure something in admin and try to save it i get messages like these :

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/httpd/vhosts/rodart.net/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/SugarSuite/modules/Configurator/Configurator.php on line 65


I have checked the permissions of the file /modules/Configurator/Configurator.php and they actually are 777

What can be happening?

OS: SuSe Linux Pofesional 9.1
Mysql 4.0.18
Apache: 2.0.49
Kernel:2.6.5-7.151-smp
PHP: 4.3.4.

I found it, this is fixed by applying the 4.2.1a Patch
