I encounter the following error when I click on Test Setting in Inbound Email.
Can't connect to mail.marketdb.com,143: Permission denied
Please check your settings and try again.
The email account was setup for bounce handling and have been working until recently when I upgraded to patch 4.5.1b.
After the patch, my bounce mails are not being pickup and when testing the settings the above error occurs. No log message was added into sugarcrm.log when the test was ran.
Mailserver protocol: IMAP
Mailserver port: 143
No SSL
Monitored folder: INBOX
I have tested accessing the mailbox using other email client e.g. Thunderbird and I do not have problem login in.
