Default permissions on your SugarCRM Directory

I am opening the upgrade wizard from admin>upgrade wizard, and see the following message,

./upgradeWizard.log could not be created/written to. Please fix permissions on your SugarCRM directory.

I am logged in as the first user. What am I missing, and what should the permissions be. I have access to the site to make changes to it, but cannot see anything when I try to run the upgrade wizard.

Default Re: permissions on your SugarCRM Directory

    Hi there,

Depending on what OS you're running, there are articles in the wiki to guide you on what permissions you need. This link takes you to the list of articles.
