Personal Email

Hi,
We are using Sugar Open Source Version 4.2.1b
On Linux installed with BitRock Linux installer

The problem I am having is that the email does not seem to be personal.

If I set the secutiry to EmailList (All), then users can share email that is associated with a project. But this option also alows users to see all emails that are currently sitting in the inbox of another user by using the List Mail /All mail option, and the Delete email option goes directly to the List All Emails screen.

If I set the secutity to EmailList (Owner) I can not share emails written by other users on Opportunities and leads and etc.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem.
