Phone numbers not appearing in list view.

I have having a strange issue with phone numbers not appearing in list view in my contact list.
When I click for details, it shows the number without a problem.

Oh, and its only doing it for a percentage of the contacts, most of them, but not all of them.

Have you done any customisations?

I did have one for Asterisk integration (The RDtools one, which DOES modify some core files). It was my first suspect. But I overwrote the modified files with stock ones and I'm still getting the same issue.

It seems to have popped up in between the i and j upgrade.
I have a backup from pre upgrade to see if it was happening then, but I haven't the time to test it yet.
