php apc cache for better Performance

Hi,

i tried to enable apc cache module in php.ini, bue get an error when accessing sugarcrm.

Fatal error: Cannot run code from this file in conjunction with non encoded files in C:\xampp\htdocs\sugarcrm620RC1\cache\blowfish\rape lcg_svryq.php on line 71

Platform is: sugarcrm 6.2
windows server 2003, apache, php 5.2.8, mysql 5
xampp installation

- as iam not really deep with php, i read some articles which says php cache can give
sugar a big boost, true ?
- can you give me some help how to configure apc correctly ?

I checked this site, but i cant find all those config settings for apc:

In my php.ini i have only following:

[APC]
;zend_extension = ""
;apc.mode = on
;apc.mode = shm
