php.ini changes for 4.5

Where can I find a list of all changes that need to be made to php.ini in order for 4.5c to work, assuming separate install of php 5.1.5 not from sugar installer?

Thanks... I thought there were some others that had to be done too, like changing max upload file size and some other stuff. Assuming I have a clean fresh php install, then installed 4.5c where no sugar existed before, aren't there other php.ini changes than the mbstring stuff? The install guide only shows changes specific to sql server.
