Default phpmyadmin rpath after reboot no web

No web access after reboot install of phpMyAdmin

    Here is what I did.
Installed Sugar using the rPath Linux Installer 4.5.0f from CDROM

Updated rpath using the Sugar Appliance Administration Console http://IP/8003 from 1.0.8 to 1.0.14

To add phpMyAdmin I puttyed to the server and ran the command.
    conary update phpMyAdmin --resolve
    This downloaded and installed phpMyadmin.
To use phpmyadmin I also had to WINSCP to /srv/www and move phpmyadmin to /srv/www/html

phpMyAdmin worked, I could backup my DB.

    I then rebooted the server.

After the reboot no web access to anything. Putty and WinSCP access only.

    Can anyone help?

do you have iptables (fierwall) on? from putty try service iptables status . that should show you if they are on.
    That may be the problem
