phpMyAdmin - user guide? how do I run it?

I downloaded the Windows installation from the SugarCRM website and installed it (successfully, I believe).


Bitrock Windows Installer (50.57 MB EXE) - Installs Apache, MySQL, PHP and SugarCRM on your Windows system.

It's running on a Windows Server 2003.

I can access the system and I have moved fields on screens, created new fields, etc.

In order to find out more about the table structure, etc., I would like to run phpMyAdmin. Apparently I don't have it setup right because "Only requests from 127.0.0.1 are allowed access to this section. Please refer to the LAMPStack userguide for more details." I don't recall being asked about setting this up. In any case, what can I do now? And where is this manual?

You get asked during installation whether you want to set it up or not. For security reasons, it is only accessible from localhost. You can always access it using 127.0.0.1 as the address of the server, or if you want to remove the protection edit httpd.conf and remove the <Location /phpmyadmin> section
