The picture in email can't show up~

We use Windows Vista
Version 5.2.0j (Build 5804)

The picture such as letter head or sigature can't show up inside the mailbox of SugarCRM.
Can anyone solve the problem?

Not sure what you're saying ... is it that when you send an email, that any images embedded in the email do not appear in the sent folder?

Images are stored in the cache/images directory ... have a look and see if your images are in there

I think the exact question is about the image or picture we attach in the email.
Such as the letterhead of our company or customized signature pictures.

Hi!
You can create signature from Email setting section , where you can enter your image of html code for signature that would be template type

for letter head
create template and add it with each mail ,

Yeah, I've tried to create a signature inside,
but I can't do "copy" and "paste" any jpg. file inside the signature.
Nor can I do that when composing a new mail.
