Pipeline and dashborad not visible or not updating

Hi everybody,
I continue to have this problem: some users, accessing the Sugar from their PC aren't able to see the pipeline and the dashboard. Other times happens that they see the second and the fourth graphic of the dashboard but not the first and the third. On the showed graphs in any case the "last run" info is old and even trying to refresh the graphic it do not change. I verified the permissions of the cache dir but the IUSR_ account has full control on it and on it's subdirs.
Is there anybody that has any idea on the reason of this problem ? It's really frustrating. Any suggestion, even the most strange, will be well accepted.

yes i am having the same issue on a shared linux host...everything else works great except the flash image graphs on the pipeline etc...they just don't display. definitely not a browser issue because another instance of SugarCRM i installed on a different server displays the graphs with no problem. Have tried all the posted fixes with no results...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible that we are only two ? ... and more important anybody has a suggestion ?

I would check your /cache/xml/ directory. I was having an issue with missing graphs and discovered that my directory was missing.

The cache\xml\ dir exists. I checked again the permissions and they are OK. The IUSR_ account has full permissions on that directory.

I'm really going crazy...
