Pipeline Not Working

We have just started using SugarCRM and are on 4.5.1h. Windows with Apache and MySQL. Apparently the "My Pipeline" graphs are not updating for anyone. Clicking the Refresh Pipeline doesn't help. I've got users with numerous entries that should have a developed pipeline but their graphs are empty.

I installed the latest flash from reviewing the other messages related to this but it didn't help.

Do I need to configure something to get the pipeline working?

Sometimes it is related to old browser.
Try to browse into a new FireFox or Internet Explorer.

We're on the latest Internet Explorer already. I would *think* that it would work with IE. I tried Firefox and got the same thing. The graph is there, just nothing in it.
